- Categories: Under 17 Singles, Men's Singles, Open Doubles
- Participation Fee: Rs. 600/- for Singles and Rs. 900/- for Doubles
- Maximum participation: 32 players(teams) for each category
- Format: Round Robin League cum Knockout. League within 4 or 8 groups of 4/5 players(basis the number of entries) and each group's top player/team will proceed to the Knock-Out Stage. League matches are played for the best of three sets of 11 points and knock-out matches are played for the best of five sets of an 11-point set.
- Trophies for all winners and runners-up in all categories
- The tournament starts from 1 PM onwards (tentatively)
- Standard Table Tennis rules are followed.
- Stag Seam Plastic TT balls will be used.
- Fixtures & Schedules will be shared by 8 PM Sat 25 Feb 2023.
- The fixture & schedule once published cannot be changed
- Referees and the organizer's decision will be binding.
SWYNG deserves the right to modify the dates/format for reasons beyond its control and will be duly communicated.
