Participation Fee:
Rs. 500/- for Singles
Rs. 800/- for Doubles
Format of the tournament:
League & Knock out.
League within 4 or 8 groups of 4/5 players(based on the number of entries) and the top player/team of each group will proceed to the Knock-Out Stage.
The league matches are played for a 21-point set & the knock-out matches are played for the best of three 21-point sets.
- Yonex Mavis 350 will be used to play.
- The courts are premium synthetic mats with hybrid cushioning.
-Attractive Trophies & goodies & CASH PRIZES for the top 2 finishers.

-Fixtures & Schedules will be shared by 10.00 PM on Sat 07 Oct 2024 over the registered email only. Fixture & schedule once published cannot be changed at the player's request.
-SWYNG deserves the right to modify the dates/format for reasons beyond their control and this will be duly communicated. SWYNG also reserves the right to modify/scrap a category/reward depending on the participation count.
- Cancelation of registrations is allowed only till 6PM 25 Oct 2024 with cancelation charges of 10% of the registration amount.
-Spot Registrations if accepted will charged Rs. 100 in additional to the category registration amount
-All participants are responsible for their safety and by registering, they agree to the standard terms & conditions of any tournament.

1. Are spot registrations allowed?
Spot registrations are at the organizer's discretion. Please check with the organizer at the contact details provided.
2. Can I pay at the tournament venue when I arrive?
Only paid registrations are confirmed registrations. One can pay at the tournament venue only if there is such confirmation from the venue.
3. What are the cash prizes given out?
Cash prizes given out (if any) will be highlighted. If there is no such information, there are no cash prizes
4. When & how are the tournament fixtures & scheduled?
The fixtures & detailed schedule are published here(on the same page) 10 hours before the start time of the tournament.
Cancel Registration
Cancelation of registrations is allowed only till 6PM 25 Oct 2024 with cancelation charges of 10% of the registration amount.To cancel, kindly WhatsApp with name, phone number & category registered to 9108475471.
